Leaded panels are weatherproof and can stand alone in most windows. They can also be installed in front of existing glass making them extremely easy to install, (and remove so that you can take them with you if you move). Leaded lights are tough and more secure than ordinary window glass. Stained glass panels can also be incorporated into double glazed units.
